At Tyler Gray Models, we take great care in ensuring that all orders are properly packaged and shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure that it reaches you in a safe and timely manner.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, as this is ultimately up to the carrier's policies and procedures.
Please note that if you would like to ensure your package against loss or damage during transit, you may want to purchase additional insurance from the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you with this process, but please be aware that any additional insurance costs will be your responsibility.
International Shipping. International Orders – Tyler Gray Models does not collect sales tax, VAT, or duties during checkout for international orders. Customers outside of the United States will be required to pay applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of merchandise. Both merchandise and shipping fees are taxable.
Shipping Time -- In stock products on most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Shipping times will vary based on the availability of products at the factory and the shipping carrier's schedule. We will provide you with the estimated delivery timeline once we receive the information from Vario Helicopter Germany.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information to monitor the shipment's progress. We will keep you informed of any significant updates or changes in the delivery schedule.
Defective Products:TGM accepts returns for products with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. We are committed to addressing concerns related to defective merchandise.
Fulfillment Mistakes:If you receive incorrect products due to a fulfillment mistake, we will accept these items for return.
Condition for Return:New, unassembled, and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days after arrival.Approval and Contact:Prior approval is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service team before returning items to obtain approval.
Return Shipping:Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturer defects or fulfillment errors.
Return Window:Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product's arrival.
Restocking Fee:A 30% restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns. However, this fee will not be deducted for products deemed defective due to manufacturing issues or workmanship.
Refund Issuance:Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Exclusions:Special order or custom parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective due to manufacturing issues or workmanship.TGM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stipulated criteria or lack prior approval.
Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Free Shipping
With a qualifying order of $150.00 or greater, Tyler Gray Models is happy to offer Free Ground Shipping within the USA, Lower 48 states only (AK & HI do not apply). Free Ground/Economy Shipping methods are at the discretion of Tyler Gray Models Shipping department.
Aircraft Kits do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Special orders
Any items special ordered, and the order is cancelled before shipped, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee, of the list price of the item cancelled.
