1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order through Tyler Gray Models , you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TGM . Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ordering Process: When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled except as expressly provided in these terms.

3. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

4. Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on the destination and shipping method. You will be invoiced for shipping charges in addition to the product cost. TGM will use the most cost effective and efficent method of shipping unless requested otherwise. 

5. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be issued for the total amount, including product cost and calculated shipping charges. Payment is due within 3 business days of the invoice date.

6. Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order but is an acknowledgment that we have received it.

7. Acceptance of Order: Orders are subject to acceptance by Tyler Gray Models. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

8. Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our [Return Policy], which outlines the procedures for returns and refunds.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10. Orders: By submitting an order through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that this action constitutes a binding obligation to pay for the products or services requested.
