The company Vario Helicopter Uli Streich GmbH & Co. KG operates an online shop with general information and the possibility to order articles with model helicopter reference. You can also use the contact form to write messages to us.
In principle, our website is available to all users without personal data being collected per se. Personal data are all data with which you can be personally identified.  
Your personal data will only be requested, processed or used to the extent and then only to the extent and as much as is necessary. In the following we would like to explain how we treat your personal data when you visit our website.

How do we collect your data at Vario Helicopter?

What do we use your data for?
Data from the contact form: These data are stored and used exclusively for the answering of your request and/or for the establishment of contact and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.
Data when creating a customer account: We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods, deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data has been reserved by our site, about which we inform you accordingly below.

Passing on of personal data for order processing
As far as it is necessary for the delivery of the goods to you, we pass on the personal data collected by us to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the framework of contract processing.
The goods ordered online by you will be paid during the virtual walk to the checkout. You have the choice to transfer your payment via PayPal, direct debit, prepayment or cash on delivery. In the case of Paypal, we pass your payment data on to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out credit checks for the payment methods credit card via PayPal and direct debit via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit assessment in relation to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report can contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. What rights do you have regarding your data?
Many data processing processes are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
You have a right to information about the recipient, purpose and origin of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. This website uses the Youtube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube". 3. Our objection against advertising mails
We herewith object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
