The electro-mechanical system has realized what many pilots have been waiting for. The construction of this mechanics is based on the extensive compatibility with the proven petrol mechanism and takes into account the special needs of the electric drive. It is suitable for fuselage models with a rotor circle from 1680 to 1820 mm. The mechanics is available for a rotor shaft of 10 or 12 mm diameter. Please base your selection on the specifications of the respective fuselage model.
Features- designed for fuselages with a rotor disc of 1680 mm to 1820 mm
- 4-point swashplate linkage Ord.No. for gasoline mechanics given in the catalogue; this also applies to the linkage
- linkage from the swashplate to the rotor head according to the specifications for petrol mechanics
- use as trainer version is conceivable
- prepared for motorization with Kontronik Pyro 700 electric motor or comparable motors
- recommended batteries: LiPo batteries 10S or 12S, capacity and arrangement to be chosen according to the space available in the fuselage
- When selecting the batteries, make sure that they can withstand a continuous load of at least 30 C.
The gear reduction of the mechanics 1002/80 in the 2nd stage is 90:18 = 5. The module of the gear wheels is 1. The 1st gear stage consists of toothed belt drive with 3M toothed belt pitch. For the intermediate shaft there are Z60 and Z84 toothed belt wheels depending on the total gear reduction. Different motor pinions are available in our range. Please refer to the composition of the drive sets for the respective model.
