The 6 tree houses installed on carefully selected, majestic trees in the adjoining mixed forest are a special feature of the complex. These are real tree houses - only the tree is the supporting column. The comfort is guaranteed: all tree houses have fully functional sanitary facilities, Internet connection, etc.. For breakfast, a pretty wooden box is equipped by the staff at ground level - the hotel guest transports it to his tree house via a cable. In the buildings of the renovated Seemühle are gastronomy, a mill shop and holiday apartments accommodated. The intact mill technology can also be admired and experienced there. The existing water power is used to generate electricity. The renovation of the buildings was carried out with a lot of heart and expertise under biological building aspects.

Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the door, e.g. to the Trettstein waterfall or into the surrounding valleys of the Franconian Saale and Schondra.

The facility is also available for booking for conferences and meditation, advanced training or team-building seminars.

From Vario approx. 5 minutes by car, at the other end of Gräfendorf.
