The pointed tip and the extremely sharp, double-edged blade of this tool are particularly good for cutting holes in thin materials such as GRP and other plastics.
The hole-cutter requires no centre-punching and no pilot-hole, and produces a neat hole of infinitely variable diameter within the range 3 to 14 mm.
The handle doubles as protection and storage for the cutter.
Tip - marking the size of the hole: use a waterproof felt-tip pen or similar to mark the desired diameter on the blade; score the outline of the opening on the workpiece using dividers, or mark off from a round template such as a ballrace.
