Rotor head dampers for 2 blade FBL systems

Flybarless electronics have now become common. Where they are being used harder damping is required.
For these cases Vario is now offering a harder damping of the blade shaft provided by a pretension absorbing element in the centre block.
For the adjustment, the outer O-ring position can be selected between "hard" and "soft" flight characteristics.

Important note: the application of absorbing elements of this kind can cause vibrations and swinging movements.
 

For Vario rotor heads with metal center pieces 72/18, 72/22, 72/40 and 72/45.

Thanks to the machined bushings included in this set, two O-rings can be fitted on each side. This provides more options for adjusting the damping to suit your individual requirements.

Plastic center pieces, such as those used in the Skyfox rotor head (Ord.No. 1005/50), are designed from the outset for two O-rings per side. In this case, it is sufficient to order the O-rings separately.
