         All Fuselage & Helicopter Kits are large and will incur an additional Freight Surcharge ex-Factory (TBA)
         Glazing/windows set will incur an additional $65 Surcharge ex-Factory

Shipping & Charges  

Note: to ensure you receive a fair and precise shipping cost tailored to your order, automatic shipping charges calculations are not possible in our online shop as it relies on Germany's system,

Shipping Charges are calculated upon packaging of goods, due to the diversity of sizes and areas we supply to.
The cost will be added to the total and would be charged accordingly.
Note: Shipping & Delivery charges are extra and not included in the above Kits Freight Surcharges.
If you require a confirmation of shipping charges prior to shipment, please state so when you place your order.
If you require an accurate quote inclusive of shipping charges please contact us directly with your intended purchase details.

All orders are carefully packed in our Mail Order dispatch department but
in the rare event if you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in
transit. We must be notified as soon as practicable after the damage is discovered.
If telephoning, ask for despatch, this will expedite any enquiry re your order. If
the damage is obvious on receipt of the package please mark the carriers docket as
damaged and try to retain the packing material as on occasion the carriers will wish
to see this.

Cancelling orders after despatch is not allowed.

No Refund or Exchange is allowed. However under certain circumstances only,  exchange may be
allowed within 7 days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within
this time that you wish to exchange and state the reason. We will then notify you if
the exchange is accepted, in which case you are required to take good care of the goods
and return them to us in their original packaging at your own cost within 30 days.
These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
