Shipping
Kits/Fuselages: HELIWORKSHOP will always choose the most cost effective way to deliver the order to the customer without any damage unless specified by customer of a specific shipping carrier. Shipping costs are calculated once the kit order is placed in our shop and will be invoiced separately via PayPal Money Request.
Small Orders: Small orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS from HELIWORKSHOP or DHL (orders shipped direct from Germany). If we do not have an item in stock, we will have it shipped from Germany by German Postal, if its size meets the requirements. The usual cost for this to you is 12.00 for your order if it fits in the pre approved box. The time frame from Germany varies due to Covid-19 and its affect on airline traffic, which carries most of this mail. It can take 7-30 days for the order to arrive. We do our best to keep track of these orders, but most are not trackable.The store does not calculate or include shipping on any order, it is an extra charge, payment via PayPal Money Request.

Returns
Any item you wish to return, must have prior authorization from us, before returning the product. Only unopened, unused products in original factory packaging are eligible for return. There are no returns accepted of any electrical component. There are no returns for any product sold over 30 days prior. All authorized returns are for future store credit only. No cash, check, or credit card refunds, so please ask about a product prior to ordering. Any product we deem as special order, such as a product which must be ordered and not in stock, is not eligible for any return. On accepted returns, customer is responsible for insured shipping back to us.
Defective parts
Confirmed defective parts can be returned for repair or replacement. Special mechanical parts that must be repaired or replaced will need to be returned to Germany for evaulation and may take several weeks for repair/replacement.
Special orders
Any items special ordered, and the order is cancelled before shipped, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee, of the list price of the item cancelled.
