The S26 has an overall length of 2.05 m. For the most scale-accurate appearance, we recommend a rotor of corresponding size, matching the approximate 1:6.5 scale of the model.

Based on the scale, this results in a rotor diameter of approximately 2.10 m, making the model ideally suited for use with our rotor blades Ord.No. 414/4.

Unlike many other helicopter models of this size, the tail section is not manufactured separately, but forms a single integrated unit with the fuselage.

A retractable landing gear can, for example, be implemented using an electric retract system or linear actuators.

Vario currently does not plan to offer a complete fuselage kit for this model. The fuselage shell is intended for experienced and dedicated model builders who would like to develop the model according to their own ideas, including individual solutions for the mechanics, formers, and other internal components.
